1. What is Well Gas Carburizing Furnace?
Well-type gas carburizing furnace is a new type of electric heat treatment furnace with periodic operation and energy saving. It is mainly used for steel parts gas carburizing. 2. Well Gas Carburizing Furnace Brief Introduction
Now we have been upgraded this well gas carburizing furnace to the all-fiber resistance belt heating structure, which has better performance than the original energy-saving brick furnace, mainly manifested in the following aspects:
◇ This kind of well gas carburizing furnace heat storage is less, the furnace heat storage wall made of refractory fiber is only about 1/4 of that of the brick furnace, so the heating time of the furnace body is short (1/3 of that of the brick structure), which is very suitable for the cycle operation of frequent stop and open furnace.
◇ Good insulation performance, gas carburizing furnace shell can not feel the temperature rise, continuous operation than brick structure energy-saving 1/6.
◇ The heating element has a long life. Because of the large heat dissipation area of the resistance belt, the heat emitted is not stored in itself. The temperature of the element itself is low, and it is not easy to overburn.
◇ Small thermal inertia, stop furnace maintenance time is very short.
◇ Under the same temperature control system, the temperature control deviation is smaller.

4. How to operate the well gas carburizing furnace?
◇ Turn on the power switch.
◇ Adjust the instrument automatic control device to be normal before allowing the heating.
◇ Turn on the fan when the temperature rises.
◇ When the furnace temperature rises to 850℃, start dripping kerosene (or methanol).
◇ When the furnace temperature reaches the desired temperature, cut off the power supply of the well gas carburizing furnace and fan before installing the workpiece.Then close the furnace door, connect the fan and furnace power supply, according to the operation range.
◇ After the workpiece is released, close the furnace cover, continue to leave the fan unmoved, cut off the furnace resistance wire power supply, drop a small amount of kerosene.
◇ When the furnace temperature drops to 850℃, stop dripping kerosene.
◇ When the furnace temperature drops to 600℃, stop the fan and cut off the power switch.
