The Gas nitriding furnace is mainly used for all kinds of steel machinery parts, such as crankshaft, piston rod, steel cylinder, brake pad, mold, and other nitriding heat treatment, in order to improve the surface hardness and wear resistance of the workpiece.
Introduction of the Gas Nitriding Furnace structure
RN series pit type gas nitriding furnace is made of metal skeleton shell, which is made of the formalized high purity fiber folding block furnace. There is a stainless steel welded sealed furnace tank in the heating chamber, the upper part of the furnace is equipped with a vacuum rubber seal ring, the lower part is a water cooling jacket, the top of the furnace cover is equipped with a water cooling equalizing fan, the air volume is about 40 cubic meters per minute, every 10 seconds can cycle the furnace gas, ensuring the uniformity of furnace gas and temperature. The water pipe interface on the furnace cover is connected in series, and only the water inlet and outlet are reserved at the lifting mechanism.
In order to ensure that the sealing ring is not burned out and aging, the furnace cover and tank flange are double-layer water-cooled structures. The cooling water pipe should be no less than Ф20 mm in diameter, The inlet is curved under the furnace cover.
The flange of the furnace tank is pressed on the furnace cover plate.
The heating element is made of a flat high-resistance alloy resistance band (0Cr21Al6Nb) with a waveform and is mounted on a fiber folding block in the heating chamber with a high-aluminum screw.
