● The electric control adopts the square method of the intelligent instrument and touch screen:
(1). The temperature control meter adopts Xiamen Yudian AI518AP-G-L1 intelligent program control instrument, the accuracy level is 0.3, the temperature deviation can reach ±2℃.
(2). The temperature-control meter can perform self-tuning adjustment of PID and automatic adaptation to the thermal inertia of the heating system. When the furnace temperature is about to reach the set temperature, the meter automatically reduces the output to prevent temperature overshoot.
(3). The actuator adopts the power module of a solid-state relay, which has very low working noise (there is a weak sound from the axial flow fan), fast switching speed, high switching frequency per unit time, and high-temperature control accuracy can be achieved by using it.
(4). Perfect fault protection measures, such as the failure of solid-state relay components, fan failure, and automatic sound and light alarm.
