Summary of Plasma Nitriding Furnace
The experiment shows that the nitriding treatment of the mold is far better than the surface heat treatment of other nitriding forms! Features are as follows:
◇ Plasma nitriding furnace treatment is under the action of the plasma electric field, nitrogen positive ions bombinate the workpiece surface at high speed, so the infiltration rate is very fast, which is more than twice as fast as gas nitriding, and the treatment time is shortened by more than half. The cost of disposal is less than half that of nitriding;
◇ Compared with gas nitriding, plasma nitriding is nitriding at a lower temperature with less brittleness.
◇ The use of gas volume is very small, is one-tenth of the nitrogen gas, strict environmental requirements area can use ammonia and hydrogen to replace nitriding.
◇ Simple operation, as long as place the workpiece evenly on the work table, after close the furnace can do nitriding treatment;
◇ Negative pressure nitriding equipment, without any pressure hazard;
◇ Few external accessories, no need to use a large gas cache tank, small footprint.
◇ Equipment maintenance is simple, with no complexity sensor, the failure rate is very low.

● Control: Three closed-loop control systems, a set of main control PLC, a set of the industrial control host computer.
1). Closed-loop furnace temperature: thermocouple, temperature control instrument, chopper, and IGBT constitute a closed-loop temperature control system, which communicates with the upper computer PLC to realize parameter setting and measurement value display
2). Furnace pressure closed loop: vacuum gauge and vacuum control instrument, inverter, vacuum pump composition. The air control closed-loop system communicates with the upper computer PLC to realize parameter setting and measurement value display.
3). Gas control closed loop: the gas mass flowmeter and flow control instrument constitutes a flow control closed-loop system, which communicates with the upper computer PLC to realize parameter setting and measurement value display.
4). Main control PLC: coordination and control of each action, acquisition, and output of analog quantity.
