Classifications of Induction Hardening Quenching Machine

All the machines adopt the CNC systems, along with cooling water, hardening water cooling cycling systems, water cooling units, etc. According to the different hardening, parts heat-treating requests, this type of machine can be divided into the following types.
● Integral hardening quenching machine: It is suitable for the middle, small sizes gears, sprocket gears one time whole hardening jobs. It has the quenching function of dipping liquid and spraying liquid. Can choose double frequency heating methods.
● Single tooth hardening machine: it is suitable for large-scale gear, sprocket single tooth quenching, with a single tooth quenching, single tooth continuous quenching functions.
● Ring parts continuous hardening machine: It is suitable for large slewing bearing, large bearing, large wheel inside, and outside working surface continuous quenching treatment projects.
