Introduction of Water Cooling Tower System

  The water cooling tower system uses a two-stage cooling mode, that is, the first stage cooling adopts air cooling, which depends on the wind to cool the cooling coil. Secondary cooling adopts air cooling and spraying, and secondary cooling is used when the ambient temperature is relatively high. At the same time as air cooling, the spraying system will spray water on the surface of the cooler, which will take away the heat of the coil when the water evaporates. The hot and humid air will be recovered by the dehydrator through the fan on the top and out of the machine, to achieve the cooling effect. When the ambient temperature is relatively low, primary cooling is used. The consumption of spray water is only 0.1-0.2‰ per unit flow rate. The upper part is equipped with a water-spraying device and the bottom is a water tray. During operation, the circulating liquid enters into the tube from the top of the coiled tube through the coil wall and is exchanged with the outside of the coil with the spray water and air. The strong wind force of the fan makes the spray water fully cover the outer surface of the coil, thus improving the heat exchange efficiency. After spraying the heat of the water and air suction cup wall, the temperature rises, part of the water changes from liquid to a gaseous state, and a large amount of capacity is taken away from the pipe wall. The water in the hot and humid air is mainly printed into the heat exchange layer of the seasoning layer by the water plate boundary, and the hot air is discharged. The heat exchange layer spray water is cooled by the fresh air flowing through it, and the temperature is lowered. It flows into the sink and is then fed by the pump into the spray system for further circulation. The water lost to the air is automatically adjusted by a water level control device.

● High-quality bearings are used for both fan and water pump, airfoil hollow aluminum alloy axial flow fan, tilting structure design, streamlined inlet air duct, small wind resistance, large air volume, good performance, with Siemens, ABB, and other well-known motors, to ensure long-term stable operation of the pump.
