Introduction of Industrial Water Cooling Tower
The industrial water cooling tower uses the heat absorption principle of water evaporation to cool the cooled liquid. Spraying water (cooling water) is stored in the bottom of the cooling tower, working fluid (softened water or other liquid) in the closed cooling tower are closed-loop cooling coil, spray water spray system pump by water distribution system, and the spray nozzle on the coil surface, part of the water evaporates and absorb heat, reducing the temperature of working fluid inside. The water in the hot air and the water that has not evaporated are trapped by the baffle and flow through the PVC heat exchanger layer. The water in the PVC heat exchanger layer is cooled by the flowing air and lowered in temperature. It falls into the bottom water tray and is recycled by the pump to the water distribution system and then poured back onto the coil pipe for circulating cooling.
Features of Industrial Water Cooling Tower
● The industrial water cooling tower circulating water usually adopts closed-circuit circulation of soft water, no scale is generated at high temperature, which can effectively prevent the electric furnace from being damaged gradually due to overheating. Through parameter setting and alarm system, ensure the cooling process is smooth and the cooling effect is obvious.
● Compared with the traditional open cooling tower, the closed cooling water (purified water) can be recycled in a completely closed inner way, which saves a lot of water and is convenient to be relocated.
● Closed cooling towers can adjust the air volume and spray volume according to the change of ambient temperature, control the start and stop of fan and spray system, and realize the high efficiency and energy saving of the cooling process.
● The closed cooling tower can protect the circulating water from pollution and can be used sustainably. Because the amount of evaporation from the spray water is small, the atmospheric environment is greatly protected. It does not pose a health threat to people around the tower through water-based bacteria.
● The whole closed cooling tower unit is made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate, and all-welded parts are coated with zinc-rich paint containing more than 95% zinc. The surface is sprayed with environmentally friendly blue hammer paint to enhance the anti-corrosion performance.
