Introduction of Metal Induction Melting Furnace
The metal induction melting furnace produced by our factory adopts a special double-constant-current source and double-inverter bridge parallel mean-current technology to ensure the mean-current coefficient Ki≥0.95 of the parallel bridge. The rectifier part of the 3-phase 12-pulse IF power supply in the complete equipment of metal induction melting furnace adopts the 6-phase 12-pulse full-control bridge rectifier circuit, which mainly rectifies the 50Hz alternating current into DC. The power supply consists of 12 thyristors, 12 pulse wave series fully controlled rectifier circuit, input power frequency grid voltage, control the conduction of silicon controlled, provide the rectifier source without 5 and 7 harmonic components for the load. Realizes the output continuous adjustable DC voltage. The inverter adopts an ordinary parallel resonant load. The complete set of smelting equipment can save energy of 10%-20% and has a service life of up to 10 years.
