What is a Crankshaft induction scanner?

  The crankshaft induction scanner is mainly suitable for all kinds of internal combustion engine crankshaft hardening quenching jobs. Each induction heating coil heating and cooling process parameters can be set independently. The machine tools adopt special thin-type transformer and power pulse distribution technology, which can ensure that the circum-hardening layer of each quenching part is consistent. Independent induction coil suspension technology and crankshaft clamping auxiliary technology, can be used for a variety of crankshaft products quenching, reduce the crankshaft quenching deformation.

What is the crankshaft induction scanner advantages?

● Automatic monitoring and protection of temperature, pressure, and flow of quenching fluid and cooling water.

● The control system has the functions of fault protection, indication, and alarm.

● The crankshaft induction scanner system power chuck, tailstock, and transformer lifting drive mechanism are pneumatic, feeding and unloading mechanism, Reciprocating double level trolley, motor driven synchronous belt drive, parts jacking power is the cylinder.

● The bed body head and tail: the power chuck of the rotary cylinder is clamped, and the rotation is driven by the servo motor. At the same time, the position of the tail seat can be electrically adjusted to suit the different lengths of crankshaft quenching hardening jobs.

● Crankshaft moving system: servo motor and ball screw are used to drive the crankshaft to move laterally, and a rectangular linear guide rail is used.

● Load feed: Load rise and fall power for the cylinder.

● The machine is equipped with 6~15 load systems (including quenching transformer, capacitor, inductor, etc.), and each load can be switched to work independently in turn. The distance between transformers can be manually adjusted from 0mm-100mm.

● Process parameters of load work can be set independently.

● The clamping process of the crankshaft is completed automatically. The tailstock can expand and contract freely according to the expansion of the crankshaft in the quenching process. The clamping length is adjusted by the electric lead screw.

● The induction heating machine part has perfect self-protection functions.

● Process parameter monitoring can monitor and record the heating parameters of each heating part.
