Introduction of SCR Melting Furnace
The principle of this SCR Melting Furnace is electromagnetic induction, its heat is generated by the workpiece itself, the heating way is fast, little oxidation, high heating efficiency, good process repeatability. The equipment consists of a frequency conversion power cabinet, steel shell furnace body, compensation capacitor group, hydraulic station, and so on. Modular design with numerical control display for easy operation and daily maintenance. A high degree of automation, can realize unmanned operation, and improve production efficiency. The extended locking coil design makes the melting more efficient. High-quality insulation material and electric melting furnace, coupled with multiple alarm devices, make the whole equipment life longer and safer to produce.

● The power factor can reach > 0.95 or above; The maximum is between 0.97 and 0.98.
● Automatic shutdown when overload, to avoid unnecessary component damage.
