What is an Automatic Surface Quenching Machine?

By means of the workpiece moving, it can realize the continuous scanning quenching, piecewise scanning quenching, and piecewise overall quenching functions.
Using CNC system control and optional special parameter management monitoring and recording system, to achieve the quenching product process parameters and historical data query function.
Equipped with a digital induction heating power supply, the protection function is perfect and the performance is stable and reliable. The shaft quenching machine adopts a modular layout structure, which can efficiently complete the induction quenching task of many kinds of parts.
