Introduction of Induction Melting Furnace

  In the same condition, the melting speed of the induction melting furnace is fast and the production efficiency is high. The IF induction melting furnace control system adopts SCR AC, digital DC power conversion non-theoretical relay control, with high reliability and high working frequency anti-interference, automatic tracking, no manual intervention of the workflow functions, automatic matching load, and power. Due to overcurrent, overpressure, phase loss, intermediate frequency melting furnace supply, insufficient water pressure protection, allowing any faulty equipment to operate without damaging components, reducing equipment use, and maintenance costs. Medium frequency induction melting furnace metal liquid can be all poured out, convenient to replace the variety.

Daily maintenance of Induction Melting Furnace

  In the later use process of induction melting furnace, it is necessary to do basic maintenance and management to avoid the phenomenon such as equipment can’t start normally, abnormal sound, thyristor burning.

(1) Check and clean the radiator to maintain the efficient cooling effect, pickling if necessary.

(2) Check whether the water cooling system is clogged or leaking, whether the water pressure relay is sensitive, and whether the temperature difference of inlet water should not be greater than 35℃ in general.

(3) Check the insulation of the induction coil and whether there is water leakage.

(4) Check whether the wires and switches are damaged.

(5) Check and clean the sink, check the sewage valve, and remove certain sewage to prevent scaling.

(6) Clean the oil and dust of the electrical components and other equipment, and use a fan or air pump to clean up the dust.

(7) Check whether all wiring screws are tightened to ensure good contact.

(8) Check whether there is overheating in the thyristor, electric line bus, transformer, and each line segment.
