What is Induction Brazing Heater?

After the Induction Brazing Heater outputs a strong alternating current, a strong alternating magnetic field is generated through the induction coil. Under the action of the magnetic field, a vortex current is formed on the surface of the heated workpiece, thus rapidly heating the workpiece.

Induction Brazing Heater is a brazing method using high frequency, medium frequency, or power frequency induced current as a heat source.

Induction Brazing Heater is widely used for brazing steel, copper and copper alloy, stainless steel, high-temperature alloy, and other brazing pieces with a symmetrical shape, especially suitable for pipe socket, pipe and flange, shaft and shaft sleeve, turning tool tip serrated blade welding; Induction brazing can also be used for brazing aluminum alloys, but the temperature control requirements are high.
